Because my stupidity is on it’s own scale and this thing was debadged, can someone tell me what this is? Had antique plates so there’s the slight chance that it may be a little old.

It’s a Toyota van from the 80's. Antique plates, you mean from the 80's?? How old are you? Antique plates are for 1920's etc.. cars and are sometimes horseless carriage plates, this is not old, I have T shirts as old as that van.

Probably meant Vintage plates, 25+ years old.

I had a few friends with these as a kid. Interestingly, all were immigrants from Asia where these things were apparently everywhere. But even back then, pretty rare in the US.

Dad had a panel as a work delivery van for awhile. It felt super fast compared to my 86 pickup..

Once a co worker flipped one when a photocopier shifted mid corner.. Worst luck my Dad had was clipping a deer with it.

Engine sits below the seats- you are over the front wheels like a westy.

Lots of states are 25 years for antique plates. I know Virginia is because I have a car from the early 90s that has them...

If it’s really pristine, that’s probably worth it.

When I was in grade school in the late 80s, a teacher had one of these that wasn’t just a 4WD, but a camper conversion. Haven’t seen another like it since.

The guy says it has been in AZ all it’s life, so no rust. Outside looks great. I’d say it is a NP.

Appears to be a semi-conversion style with that rear quarter window, pretty rare. I’d want to offer a bit less unless everything has been gone over - that’s a lot miles, but the price is close to the point where there’s no harm done.

I’d want a garaged PNW example, but I think those vanished 15 years ago.
